Hi. "moderate" muslims are muslims who do not know there religion too well. If one of these "moderate" muslims carefully examined and studying the whole of the Quran and the Hadith and learned about Mohammed's life, etc. They would be "extremist", not because "extremists" are "extremists" of a religion, per say, but because they are the only "true" muslims who understand what their Quran preaches. Moderate muslims don't know all that is taught about hate, etc. They need to carefully examine their books more closely, they can't even protest because what terrorists do is what the Quran commands muslims to do.

How to keep my goldfish from dying?

Against my advice, my parents bought me a set of goldfish for my dorm room. This would not be a bad thing if I had a proper tank to keep them in, but alas, I have only a one-gallon bowl. As you can imagine this is not an environment particularly conducive to goldfish survival. They were gasping for air at the top of the bowl which obviously was not a good sign, so I relocated them to the only other container I could find: my trashcan. Mind you, I filled it with water first and it is a good deal bigger than the bowl they were in before, but it does not seem like a good permanent solution. Being a poor college student I don't have much money to spend, but I really don't want my poor fishes to die. Suggestions?

Furnace Problem (please help)?

Well, I just went to a teacher job fair last night. I talked to different principals of schools around the area. I met one principal, and she asked me so many questions about how to teach reading, and writing and such, that I couldn't answere all the questions and felt my face grow red. I just told her that I don't have a lot of experience because all I did was sub teach. She seemed to be disappointed and kind of had an attitude. She asked me if the reason I got no teaching position was because I wasn't a good candidate to begin with. I said I didn't think so. I am not dumb, I just lack experience. I just went home kind of disgusted. She made me feel low. I was turned down for the other position at another school, but behold, the snooty principal called me and asked me would I accept a position. I said yes! but I wonder what is the catch? She didn't seem to like me, so why would she want me in her school? Should I tell her I can't take it and just keep on looking? I don't trust her, and wonder what is her motive?

Dream about dancing and chandeliers?

i had a dream last night that i was in a dance rehersal in the middle of a very green field. the sky was cloudy, was it was cold and drizzling with rain. this made me feel alive. i was dancing to a song that i've been listened to quiet abit lately and relates to how i feel everday. there were other people around but i didnt notice them much. i was jus concentrating on the part of the song which said "i didnt make a relationship with the stars". the rehersal finishes and i go somewhere to a fix a huge chandelier. im on a chair and i keep trying to hook it onto the ceiling but i cant seem to always seem to get it. when i do manage to attach the chandelier onto the ceiling, i'm scared itll fall. i havent danced or been in a rehersal for ages and i probably wont for a long time yet and i really don't understand what the chandelier has to do with and how it relates to anything. some take a shot at explaining?

Isreal, are we headed towards peace?

Maybe. As I've said before, signing any peace deal in this situation is a bad idea; the Palestinian government is not currently populary elected, rather it is appointed by Abbas. As such, we can't really be sure at this time whether most Palestinians support it or not. It is quite possible that Israel signs a deal with Abbas and withdraws (or whatever the deal is), and then Hamas wins the next election and refuses to accept the previously signed deal. Then Israel ends up with a hostile country on two sides - all for nothing. Until a new election is held and a moderate government is elected, I wouldn't sign anything. However, I would show support for Abbas to let the Palestinian people know that the way to peace is through moderation and not violent extremism.

I have a friend that is so excited to babysit my new baby. But I wont' leave my kids at her house?

Her lifestyle is SO different from ours. Her house is REALLY dirty.. and ours is clean. Her children are 10-18 and they all scream and fight and the mom gets mad and I don't know the dad that well. My daughter received a stuffed animal from my mom. It was a light brown/tan mommy and baby puppy. They were held together by thread that connected their feet. Both dogs were sitting in an upright position and they had (what felt like) black leather noses. Anyway, my mom purchased them at Kohl's and now they no longer carry them. The tag is worn on the stuffed animal and my daughter insists on carrying it everywhere. I wash it now like once a week because it's getting quite grotesque. Hey guys ^.^ I'm a young violinist looking for a private teacher. I took lessons from a teacher before, but I moved recently so I must find another. I see that many members of the ASO (Atlanta Symphony Orchestra) teach privately. I am interested in lessons from on of these people: David Arenz, Judith Cox, Justin Bruns, or Ronda Respess, however, I'm not sure how I would go about contacting one of them or what qualifications I must meet for them to teach me. Possible to get loan for unimproved land? (First time home-buyer)?

My boyfriend and I have been looking into purchasing a lot/acreage to build a house on (in the future). We are both first time home buyers. We both have EXCELLENT credit. The main issue is that we are not sure of what kind of loan we can get for unimproved land (meaning it's just land NO house). The land that we are looking at is currently listed for 199K. Whatever we decide to purchase we plan on putting at least 10-20% down. So that would knock the mortgage down to around 160K-180K (if we agree to pay the asking price). We understand that it will probably be more difficult to get a loan for unimproved land than if it would be for just a home. But we were wondering what kind of income and terms would be required to get a loan of that size for unimproved land. (I am employed and he is self-employed, which will more than likely make the loan process harder.)

Depending on where you want to work will depend on what certification you should get. Most pools require the red cross certification. You also need to know whether your pool requires the regular lifeguard course or the water park lifeguard course or if you are planning on working at a waterfront then you will need the waterfront course. Usually you just need the red cross course which includes CPR/AED certification, but check with the location where you want to work to be sure.

lucky me, I was changing the stepper motor(iac) on my peugeot, an easy job :), but the new bolts seemed slightly bigger than the original ones so i was checking if it fits, while i was doing that i dropped it inside the mainfold, STUPID ME i installed the new IAC and started the engine, then i think the bolt was sucked from the mainfold somewhere, i tried to find it with some magnets but no luck, what should i do if i start the car it works a while than it rattles and stoppes. should i remove the air mainfold ? please help me . cheers

Eye help: am I blind?

I went to the ophthalmologist yesterday after an eye injury in my soccer game. They gave me a dose of pediatric eye dilation fluid and instructed me that in 4-6 hours...my pupil size (extremely large from the drops) would return back to normal. It's been 12 hours + now, and my pupil is still non-reactive. What the hell went wrong? What should I do beside making another appointment for my doctor.

It's impossible for scientists to know when the earth began because they aren't God, plain and simple. I'm confused about adhd medicine?

My 7 year old son has been diagnosed with adhd and has been taking 5mg methylphenidate in the morning to help him with school for the last week. His teacher says it's helped him focus. Along comes the weekend and i get to see what effect it does, and i actually seen him become more restless , angrier and more aggressive. The next day also had the med,and his so calm ,not picking fights, no fidgeting and looks so peacefull. I'm so confused! Then today he became angry and restless again. Should i stop medication until he goes back to school from the Easter break ? Is it normal for this medication to react in different ways from day to day ?. I know i should be asking doctor this, but just want some answers now . He was just diagnosed last week , and the psychiatrist made me feel like everything will be ok and treatable. His usually not an angry kid, but angry on meds. Should i give the med more time to work since it's only been one week ? Will this side effect go eventually? Lol

Failed drug test Air Force?

Ok, I recently popped hot on a squadron pee test for marijuana. The thing is I already have an LOR and an Article 15 (for misuse of the GTC) given to me by this commander. I am curious as to what kind of discharge/ punishment I wil be getting. A friend of mine, who popped hot on the same test for the same drug, recieved an LOR, 14 days extra duty and a general discharge. However, he has no prior trouble with this commander. Will my recent punishments make it worse?

Senegal Bicher? Rocket Gars?

I recently purchase a 4 inch senegal Bicher and three Rocket gars that are all around 4 inches. Its almost been a week now, and they wont eat anything i give them. I have a couple of healthy feeder fish already in the tank with the gar and bicher but it seems that these predatory fish are not interested. So yesterday i went and bought some small meal worms to feed them. Since the gars and bichers are still pretty young, i bought small meal worms that can fit into their mouths, but when i put the meal worms in, and it floats on the surface of the water, the gar and bichers ignore them and my masheer endded up eating the worms. (i have a couple of the masheer not much bigger than the gars and bichers at around 5 - 6 inches and they seem to school with the small feeder fish) the aquarium they are in is pretty big around 180 gallon. The water quality is good, no build up of nitrates, nitrites etc. What could be the problem? how can i induce the fish to eat? The current tank mates of my new fish are 4 masheer around 5 - 6 inches, 2 parrot cichlid around 4 inches, and one red tilapia around 5 inches and a whiptail catfish around 5 inches. All the fish in the aquarium are eating except for my new bicher and rocket gar.

So my boyfriend and I has on sunday for the first time. I bled that first inital time but it really wasn't much. So then I went to school the next day and when I came home and went to the bathroom, I bled a little more but really it's just like a drop or two of blood and it's like a watery blood. Also, when I'm at school I feel as if I'm leaking some kind of fluid from my but when I get home or when I check it's just wet but it's clear and not bloody. make sure that you eat at least a little something every meal time, its really unhealthy to skip a meal, especially because you are active. just watch how you feel, if you feel tired or sluggish, then you should eat a bit more. but if you feel fine, as long as you eat something every meal time, you're probably okay. maybe even take a multi-vitamin everyday, that way you get the vitamins you need, that you might not be getting from your food.

What can be done to lower dui incidents?

I've been thinking about how to use the dui program to prevent them before they happen. In WA you must attend a vicitim's panel if you are convicted of a dui, this includes listening to people who have been impacted by a dui- either the victim, the culprit, or family member. It is actually a positive and informative experience rather than a chastising the offenders situation. I think having people go through this experience before obtaining a license could be helpful because it really does affect you emotionally. Or another option is for people to have to obtain a special permit to use and buy alcohol, businesses must have a license to sell. Servers must attend a 3 hour course or responsibility and hold a card to be able to sell so why isn't there any stipulations besides being of age to consume? Marijuana has it's own permission card. Again the vicitim's panel could be a requirement to attend as well as a comprehensive course and test to teach the responsible consumption. Of course alcohol would be easy to obtain even without the special license sych as going to a friend's house who is able to buy it. But this way the harsh punishment for DUIs wouldn't be able to be fought because these people essentially have to sign a contract to use the stuff. What do you think? I understand there would be costs ociated with all these ideas but do think it would help lower dui incidents and deaths?

I have my dr chech my moles and she is a female and i have moles on my side close to my chest and she is even careful and tries not to pull my shirt and bra up high enough to see my . Also there is supposed to be a nurse in there preferable same mainly for the dr protection against false accusations (not saying you are making false accusations). Having a roof inspected when you purchase a home what is the inspector supposed to look for and how?

My wife and I purchased a home two years ago. We hired an inspector to check everything in and outside of the home. Recently I found shingles laying in my front yard. I called the insurance adjuster out to make a claim and he said it was a maintenance issue. He said the entire roof was rotted underneath, had three holes, and the flashing by the chimney never had tar paper or shingles on them.he also said without a doubt the roof was like this preexisting when my wife and I bought it. I called three different roofing companies to look at my roof and they all agreed it has been like that for awhile. I called the inspector to see why he stated on his report the shingles are starting to curl but the roof is in sound condition. The inspector said when they inspect a home they don't even need to get up on the roof to look, they can give there report from standing on the ground looking up at it. Is there any truth to this? Should the inspector be reliable for not letting me or my wife know that the roof needed to be repaired?

She said she gave this to me for bills.(never said so at the time) Then her voice got louder and louder and she started to accuse me that I was always wanting money,money, money and that I was hard on her head, (and worse), which at this point she was screaming at me. Then she angrily left, leaving my grandchild crying again and saying if she had gone with her she just knew she wouldn't bring her back and said "nanny I don't want to go". I want to live with you always. Now her brother has ADD with a very bad temper, and has put quite a few scars on his sister already, & their mom is very neglectful in terms of cleanliness and not cooking meals, etc. I am really fearful that my daughter is going to take her again and really mess her up even more. I've worked very hard at trying to get both my grandchildren grounded in a positive manner but and then the axe comes down, because of money with her mom. She will then do as she always has, keep my grand-kids away from me from 6 months to sometimes a year and a half. She (my daughter) has had some mental issues, although I thought she was doing well. I don't think she is and nothing has seemed to have really changed with her now because tonight was an example of what she has always been like for years, very abusive to me. She is now 32 years old. I can turn car on, put in neutral, start car and put in drive and it will go. The GM dealer put it on the diagnostic machine and can't figure out what is wrong. I can also drive in reverse and drive when it goes in gear.

Does your toddler stilll wake up at night like mine does, and what do you do about it?

My daughter just turned 22 months old and she still wakes up in the night. I know there is nothing wrong with her and we are trying to let her cry it out. It's very hard and in the past we admit to coddling her a little--rocking her, picking her up, or giving her a drink. We don't do that anymore but it's taking awhile for her to get used to not being catered to. She will cry for an hour or more and then stop, but b/c our house is so tiny, she can hear if one of us even turns over in bed--and she starts crying all over again. It's very exhausting. As his parent, it's totally up to you how you handle your kids, but I have found that for mine, sentences and the taking-away of privileges never works. I went out with an guy who I thought was such a gentleman, cly, and genuine. The first time we met we get along sooo well, it was "to natural".During dinner, it felt like a freakin job interview. I am who I am and will not apologize for it but the whole time, he made it seem like my answers weren't "good enough" or not what he was looking for. WTH?! I appreciate honest/straight forward people but really? Even if I did give him "answers" he was looking for, you're not really gonna get these answers unless you back it up with experience and observation. It's like "oh she didn't give me the answers I wanted, that saved me such heartache." He just made me feel like I wasn't "good enough" and came across as judgmental and it's like he kept asking questions to make sure he didn't get hurt. Like, "if i get these answers, i'll know if she'll screw me over or not..." He never called. Maybe it's a blessing. It's been a while and in my head, any respectable person would not want to be w. someone so judgmental and have a "job interview" experience but I can't help but be a bit traumatized by it still. I think it's because I didn't go through the motions; I avoided feeling rejection bc I was afraid it would make me feel worse and lead me on a path of self-wallowing and self pity. (I USED to be like that before and took rejection badly but for the past 2 yrs, I've been surprisingly better about it). All I know is that I'm a busy gal and I don't like people being indecisive and wasting my time.
