Shin and instep guards question?
what are good shin instep guard that provide enough protection same time doesnt get in the way of my grappling and reduce my kick power? i thought of buying the gel absorbing from combat sport or the grappling one from hayabusa but is it too much? and how about proforce cloth combination shin instep gaurd?
