How can i make my face look pretty without using make up?

i am extremely ugly my face is pale my eyebrows are really thick and short because i plucked them and they havnt grown back.my sideburns curl my nose has a bobble on the top and my lips are tiny. what should i do im so ugly i have never had a boyfriend help!
