I'm 19 years old with a credit score of 690+ how long will it take to get to 800+???

It just takes time. An 800 is very hard to get at 22 years old. Your income will not support higher balances and higher payments to prove you're credit worthy. A 750-760 is more inline with your age in 2-3 years.
