I have a friend that is so excited to babysit my new baby. But I wont' leave my kids at her house?

Her lifestyle is SO different from ours. Her house is REALLY dirty.. and ours is clean. Her children are 10-18 and they all scream and fight and the mom gets mad and I don't know the dad that well. Now she is an good friend.. we met a year ago. My baby is due anyday and she is SO excited to babysite. I won't leave my baby or 7 year old with her. I dont' want to hurt her feelings and she can get abit pi ssy sometimes (just her way of expression). I plan on just saying over and over... "I don't want to leave my kids, I am very maternal' which is true, but edventually she will call while I have a sitter her someday... how to handle this? I love her dearly, I am just uncomfortable with having my kids there alone. We just have different family values, I am not saying I am better. I value cleanliness and order and calmness. She values letting it all out.. and that is why I like her. That is cool, but not for a babysitter....
