If you end up w/ lower than a 2.0 GPA in college can i still transfer?

Go get a job. Seriously. You don't sound anywhere near mature enough to be going to college right now, and some time in the real world will make college a cakewalk when you go back. Don't try transferring- even if you do get into somewhere else, which is unlikely, universities are largely the same. You will encounter the exact same problems where ever you go. Just get a job, spend some time out of school, and stop blaming others for your problems. I'm sure you think you tried, but the fact of the matter is it wasn't good enough. You got suspended so you can mature up, and that's exactly what you should do.
