make sure that you eat at least a little something every meal time, its really unhealthy to skip a meal, especially because you are active. just watch how you feel, if you feel tired or sluggish, then you should eat a bit more. but if you feel fine, as long as you eat something every meal time, you're probably okay. maybe even take a multi-vitamin everyday, that way you get the vitamins you need, that you might not be getting from your food.
