They sent me a shuttoff letter for my notice for my phone and cable for tommrow wont let me pay it today?

im trying to pay it becuase i cannot get it shuttoff, and the autmated phone service just told me to go in business hours but it is due to be turned off, and the internet keeps saying sorry their has been a service error. will it be shutoff tonight or tommrow?
