Failed drug test Air Force?

Ok, I recently popped hot on a squadron pee test for marijuana. The thing is I already have an LOR and an Article 15 (for misuse of the GTC) given to me by this commander. I am curious as to what kind of discharge/ punishment I wil be getting. A friend of mine, who popped hot on the same test for the same drug, recieved an LOR, 14 days extra duty and a general discharge. However, he has no prior trouble with this commander. Will my recent punishments make it worse?
