Does Medi-cal/iehp cover pyschological needs?

i want to see i shrink or pycholoish but i dont have money will my medical cover the cost im only 17 i think i have problems but i want profesional help first will the medical cover that i dont mean meds but like a pyche evaultion to see whats wrong with me and sessions with a psychologist and if so how do i go about doing that and if not how do i go about seeking help
