Is Egypt an Embargoed Country?

I am wanting to travel to Egypt to Southern Sinai to visit the Mountain of Moses (also known as Gebel Musa) and the Saint Catherine's Monastery, but rent my hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and I'm wanting to know if Egypt is an Embargoed Country.
