Im a picker eater and need help!!?
eat more calorie dense foods. Some obvious choices are whole milk, cheese, and cream. In addition, you could eat avocado and guacamole, coconut, and other nuts. Instead of a regular breakfast cereal, have granola, which is usually calorie dense.
