On runescape what would be the easiest way for a level 84 player to get lvl 70 ranged?

well, if you have done the waterfall quest go to the fire giants in there with knives thats how i got 75-80 ranged may be difficult at first but they stop being aggresive after a bit if u havent done quest go on the karamaja volcano and climb the rope then enter cave find a safe spot behind a sulfur vent kill them with magic shortbow or crossbow thats how i got 65-70 ranged :) hopefully i helped and good luck on 70 ranged i dont know why im doing this but if u want to add me and remark on my advice 6soteria6 is my username on rs
