How far would you have to be able to kick a field goal and kickoff to get a collage scholarship?

now a days most kickers tend to start off as walk-ons and then earn a scholarship when they start playing. i would agree that consistently making 45 yard field goals is pretty accurate. however kicking the ball out of bounds on kickoffs is a penalty in ncaa rules. and your opponent would get the ball automatically at the 40 yard line.
